Fourth District Court of Appeal slams and fines attorney for lying and other misconduct

The Fourth District Court of Appeal has fined an Orange County attorney $10,000 for misconduct.  The misconduct is aptly summed up by the court as follows:

How much do you sanction an attorney who lies to the court, seeks unwarranted sanctions, bullies opposing counsel, shows no remorse, and effectively vows to continue such tactics by endorsing his conduct when challenged on it?
