Homeowners Association May Exclude Homeowner’s Counsel from Board Meetings

The Metropolitan News-Enterprise Online reports that the Fourth District Court of Appeal has affirmed the right of a homeowners association to exclude a homeowner’s counsel from a board meeting.  You can read the decision in SB Liberty, LLC v. Isla Verde Association, Inc., D061261 here.
